DELS Tehnik doo, as a service provider via the website www.delstehnik.hr, is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. This Privacy Policy applies to the collection and processing of your personal data and the use of cookies on the website www.delstehnik.hr (hereinafter: the website). - Collection and processing of personal data
We collect, process and use your personal data only with your consent or on the basis of the following legal grounds:

- in accordance with legal and regulatory regulations (e.g. financial data for 11 years, etc.),
- until withdrawal of consent or exercise of the right to erasure.

These service providers, in accordance with regulated contractual relationships for the purpose of personal data protection, are obliged to use the data entrusted to them exclusively in accordance with our guidelines and strictly for the purpose for which we have contracted, including:
- Hosting and IT support providers;
- Marketing and analytical tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel);
- Legal institutions when it is mandatory.
Your personal information remains confidential, unless you voluntarily disclose it.
Data is not sold or shared for commercial purposes.

Users have the right at all times to:
- Access to your personal data,
- Additional information on how to use your data,
- To receive the personal data about you that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, where technically feasible, to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance if the processing of your data is based on your consent and is carried out by automated means
- Correction of incorrect data,
- Deletion of data when permitted by law,
- Restriction of processing ,
- Withdraw consent (in cases where the processing is based on consent) with effect for the future to cease such specific processing. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing that was based on consent before its withdrawal,
- Transfer of data to third parties,
- Object to any processing based on our legitimate interest, unless the reasons for carrying out such processing outweigh the right to the protection of personal data.

- Cookies
